CREATIVE COWGIRL'S SCRAPBOOKING WEEKEND

The Rankin family would like to invite you to enjoy a weekend of memories and western hospitality at a ranch that dates back to the Civil War era. We have raised White Face Hereford cattle on this ranch since 1863, and have been entertaining guest from all over the world at our guest ranch for 43 years. The ranch not only offers a wonderful place to create memories, but a relaxing environment to preserve these memories with a scrapbooking weekend. We would love the opportunity to share our 145 years of memories with you.

Accommodations at the Ranch

ranch house
Walker and Lavinia
cabin
This two story ranch house was built by the founders of Rankin Ranch, Walker and Levinia Rankin, in the 1870's. It's walls tell the story of over 140 years of success and hardships that formed the ranching traditions of the Rankin Family. Your cozy mountain cabin will provide both privacy and a spacious relaxing atmosphere.

Your weekend away at the ranch will be productive but relaxing as well. You can scrapbook from 7 a.m. to midnight or take some time to enjoy your surroundings. You will have your own private room in one of our cabins. You can relax outside your cabin door on your porch or you can relax down in the main lodge area and family living. You will enjoy spending time by the fire in the family living room surrounded by century old family photos and antiques or playing a few games or puzzles in the lounge. If you need a break from it all take a hike through the gorgeous mountains or down the creek. This is your weekend, take it at your pace!

Past Scrapbookers Comments

We are delighted to introduce our Creative Cowgirls' Scrapbooking Weekends at the Quarter Circle U Rankin Ranch. Our first weekend in February 2004 proved to be very successful. One of our guest completed an entire album in the three days she was here. We all had a wonderful time visiting and sharing ideas, however we were very productive as well. Beginners and experienced scrapbookers are welcome. Below are some of the comments made by our first group of ladies.

Rankin Girls,
Thank you, thank you, thank you! What a special time for all of us. Your love and sharing makes us feel so special. Every thoughtful, creative extra was so special and fun. We loved our weekend so much.

This has been the most fabulous weekend. The ladies were so sweet. It was so nice we all had the ranch in common. I felt as if we already knew these ladies. I loved the laughter in the kitchen. We can feel the love and happiness, that is Rankin Ranch. I am looking forward to spending more time here. Thank you!
