During the holiday periods and summer months...families, couples and singles...everyone enjoys our wholesome atmosphere with happy activities for all ages. During the Regular Season our special supervised children's program for ages 4 through 11 is also included. Counselors have many happy plans for the children. There are arts and crafts, nature hikes, treasure hunts, boat and kite making, and much more. Children are never bored at Rankin Ranch! Evening activities for all include hay wagon rides and meadow barbecues, square dancing and western line dancing, bingo, and pool tournaments with prizes, talent shows and "Horse Races" complete with stick horses and Rankin Ranch "Fun Money" for adult's choice of winners! |

Many guests prefer the Off-Season periods in Spring and Autumn when the pace is somewhat slower and the rates are lower. We usually have evening activites every other night during the off season. The kids program is not offered at during this time, however, there are still a lot of activities for the family to enjoy together. |

| DEPOSIT – A deposit of $150 per person is due upon making a reservation. Deposits can be placed on a credit card or you can mail a check |

CANCELLATION POLICY - If you must cancel, we will refund your deposit with a 45 day notice. With shorter notice, if we can resale your space, your deposit will be refunded. There will be a $25 handling fee for all cancellations.

| CHECK IN TIME - is anytime after 3:30 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Dinner is served at 6:30pm. If you plan on arriving later than 6:30 p.m. please contact us to make arrangements for dinner. Do not plan to horseback ride on arrival day unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time. There is an extra fee for early arrival. |

CHECK OUT TIME - is 1:00 p.m.. We must have your room in order to prepare for new arrivals. RANCH DAY- consists of three consecutive meals (Dinner, Breakfast, Lunch) and overnight lodging and all activities between check in and check out time.

| RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE for a definite period of time. If a reservation is shortened and it is too late for us to resale the space, the entire cost of the reservation is payable. |

HORSEBACK RIDING
The minimum age for horseback riding is 6 years.
The maximum weight for horseback riding is 250 pounds.

| RATES – Adult rates start at age 12. Children under age 4 are no charge. See detailed rates above. |

SUPERVISED CHILDREN'S PROGRAM – is offered only during the Regular Season and begins at age 4. Children under 4 must be supervised by one parent at all times and are not included in the supervised children's program without a parent. Babysitting can be arranged for an additional charge throughout our season with advanced notice.
