During the holiday periods and summer months...families, couples and singles...everyone enjoys our wholesome atmosphere with happy activities for all ages. Many guests prefer the "Off-Season" periods in Spring and Autumn when the pace is somewhat slower and the rates are lower. We usually have evening activites every other night during the off season.

DEPOSITS of $100 PER PERSON are payable when you make your reservation. We CANNOT confirm reservations until we receive your deposit. For your conveniece, you may charge your deposit at the time you make your reservation. We take VISA, MC, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS, or you may mail a personal check.
• CANCELLATION POLICY - If you must cancel, we will refund your deposit with a 45 day notice. With shorter notice, if we can resale your space, your deposit will be refunded. There will be a $25 handling fee for all cancellations.

• CHECK IN TIME - is anytime after 3:30pm and 6:30pm on the day of your arrival. Dinner is served at 6:30pm. If you plan on ariving later than 6:30pm please contact us to make arrangements. Do not plan to horseback ride on arrival day unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time. There is an extra fee for early arrival.

• CHECK OUT TIME - is 1:00pm. We must have your room by 1:00 in order to prepare for new arrivals.

• RANCH DAY - consists of three consecutive meals - Dinner, Breakfast, Lunch, and overnight lodging and all activities between check in and check out time.

• Reservations must be made in advance for a definite period of time. If a reservation is shortened and it is too late for us to resale the space, the entire cost of the reservation is payable.

Regular CHECK IN TIME is 3:30, however, with advanced arrangments and additional charges, early CHECK IN is possible at 12 noon (pending available space).
