Rankin Ranch knows about quality time: the 31,000-acre ranch has been family-owned and operated since 1863. They opened their picturesque property to the public in 1965 and have been warmly welcoming guests ever since. Today, the fourth, fifth, and sixth Rankin generations are the heart of the operations.

Help us wish Jason a happy birthday! You can bet he will celebrate by delivering some hay or checking on the cattle. Doing what he loves!

Have you met Henry yet?Henry is one of our guest horses who is a Mustang. If you look closely, you can see a brand on his neck. That is an indication that he was gathered and has been identified as a Mustang by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). We bought him at an auction many, many years ago and he is a fantastic addition to our herd. You will always see him hanging out with our other horses, expecially Hero, Buddy, and Leo. A very sweet boy.#rankinranch #duderanch #visitcalifornia #horse
