A nearby pool can be a savior on a hot summer day while on your vacation. Whether you are dipping your toes in the water after a day of hiking or performing a classic cannonball into the deep end, it’s never a dull moment.
One place in California that offers amazing hiking trails, a ranch atmosphere, and a pool is Rankin Ranch. The pool on our ranch is an excellent place to relax on a warm day or have fun splashing around. Learn more about the pool and why it’s a popular amenity at Rankin Ranch.
Dive Into The Pool On The Ranch
Our pool is open from May to September. It’s a heated pool as well, so it can maintain a comfortable temperature no matter the time of day or weather conditions. During the summer, daytime temperatures may range from 80 to 95 degrees. The shallow end is three feet deep, while the deep end falls to eight feet deep.
If you don’t have an interest in swimming, that’s OK too. The pool area is a terrific place to relax. There is a stunning view of the valley from the pool that you can enjoy while lying back in one of the many pool chairs. Another benefit of sitting in the pool chairs is the ample shade provided by the large black locust trees.
If you are bringing children with you to the ranch, we do offer children’s programming, which includes a daily afternoon swim time.
