Rankin Beef is our local beef, which was raised and produced on our ranch. Our cattle graze on the mountains at our family-owned ranch surrounding the Walker Basin and are then finished on grain at a family-owned feedlot in Bakersfield. All our beef is aged for 14 days before being finished into delicious cuts.

Rankin Ranch has been a part of the cattle industry for over 160 years and remains family-owned by the 4th, 5th, and 6th generations of Rankins. Additionally, our beef is all-natural, and the cattle have never been given any antibiotics or hormones.
